Common fault 1: The main body drive motor turns in the wrong direction. Turn off the power switch in the auxiliary electric control cabinet in time, switch the red and black positions of the motor power line corresponding to the reverse, and confirm that the direction is correct after power on.
Common fault 2: sludge clogging. If it is slightly blocked, turn it over to turn out the sludge inside. If the blockage is serious, it needs to be disassembled for maintenance, cleaning to remove impurities or other maintenance.
Common fault 3: The spindle does not rotate. It may be a blockage, deal with it according to the second article. It may also be a motor problem, arrange personnel to check or replace the motor.
Common fault 4: Abnormal noise. Contact the manufacturer to solve it.
Common fault 5: mud leakage phenomenon. The common preventive measures are to replace the shaft regularly or use high-alloy electrode coating shafts, such shafts can be repeatedly welded with wear-resistant layers at a lower cost.
Common fault 6: The mud is very thin. Check the flocculation situation, check whether the feed concentration is too high, and whether the back pressure plate is not installed properly.
